Back when I was still reading every SF compilation I could lay hands on, I came across a beautiful short story about a sun creature, composed only of energetic particles, which was torn from its home and marooned on Earth. It survived the impossible cold and pressure, and the unimaginable hardness of the ocean's surface, only to perish when the crew on a nearby airplane scanned it with radar to try to find out what it was.

Very interesting.

I would like to be able to undergo phase changes depending on my mood. To sublimate when I am feeling frisky and combine my molecules with my lover would be the ultimate experience of sharing. Instead, I am left to eat their regurgitated food.

No one liked my idea of extraterrestrial reproduction by melding together in a gaseous-liquid state to exchange genetic material instead of the old in and out that most animals use on earth. I am disappointed. :(

Yes, there is some South American bird or animal- I can't remember which one- which select their mate by both upchucking some food for the other to eat. I think they determine if they are good genetic fits for each other by how their semi-digested food tastes. It is very romantic.

Spock is half human - half vulcan and Worf is half human - half klingon. I would fuck a vulcan anytime

Other animals would probably take the piss out of human sexuality if they could. It's all relative really. I'm not saying that you were though.
